Information we collect

When you submit a contact form, valuation request, or listing inquiry on this website, we collect:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Property address and details (for valuation requests)
• Your buying or selling timeline and preferences
• Any messages or notes you choose to include

We also automatically collect standard web-server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, referrer) for security, analytics, and site performance.

How we use it

Your information is used solely to:

• Respond to your inquiry within one business day
• Schedule private property tours and showings

• Communicate ongoing service related to a real estate transaction
• Comply with regulatory and legal record-keeping obligations under the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) and the Real Estate and Business Brokers Act (REBBA)

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We do not subscribe you to mailing lists without your explicit consent.

Sharing

• RE/MAX Realtron Realty Inc., Brokerage — the brokerage of record, for transaction administration
• Lawyers, mortgage brokers, inspectors, and appraisers — only when you specifically ask us to coordinate a referral
• Government bodies and regulators — when required by Canadian law (e.g. FINTRAC, CRA)

This site uses functional cookies to remember your language preference (English / Français / فارسی) and session state. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Aggregate analytics may be collected via Google Analytics for traffic measurement — this data is anonymized and IP-truncated.

Your rights

Under PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act) and Ontario privacy law, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information

Retention

Inquiry data is retained for up to 24 months to support follow-up service. Records of completed real estate transactions are retained for 6 years as required by RECO and FINTRAC, then securely destroyed.
