Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. This website strives to conform to WCAG 2.1 level AA and to comply with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).

Features

• Keyboard navigation — the entire site is navigable by Tab / Shift-Tab / Enter
• Semantic HTML — proper heading hierarchy, landmarks, and ARIA labels
• High contrast — text colour ratios meet or exceed WCAG AA (4.5:1 for body text, 3:1 for large text)
• Resizable text — pages remain usable at 200% zoom without horizontal scroll
• Image alt text — all property photos and content images include descriptive alternative text
• Multilingual — available in English, French, and Persian / Farsi
• Reduced motion — scroll-triggered animations respect the prefers-reduced-motion setting
• Screen reader friendly — tested with VoiceOver and NVDA

Limitations

Despite our best efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Specifically:

• Older property videos may not have captions — transcripts are available on request
• Embedded Google Maps relies on Google’s own accessibility implementation
• Some PDF disclosure documents are scanned images — readable versions are available on request
